IHME and The University of Oxford's Big Data Institute

The University of Washington’s Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) and the University of Oxford’s Big Data Institute (BDI) are launching a new joint research unit whose aims are to collaborate and capitalise on tackling large-scale issues such as the Global Burden of Disease (GBD). The unit is currently implementing the GBD AMR project which is funded by the Fleming Fund, Wellcome Trust and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
