The Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Senegal Country Grant is now closed and applications are being reviewed.
Mott MacDonald, the Fleming Fund Management Agent for Country Grants, invites proposals from qualified licensed/registered entities in Senegal to work toward strengthening antimicrobial resistance (AMR) surveillance and response in Senegal. Work will be carried out in collaboration with the Senegalese High Council for Global Health Security [Haut Conseil de la Sécurité Sanitaire Mondial].
Objectives of the grant
The objectives of the grant have been developed and agreed in partnership with the Government of Senegal. The objectives are:
- strengthen One Health governance and data sharing
- strengthen the AMR and antimicrobial usage (AMU) surveillance system in human health
- strengthen the AMR and AMU surveillance system in animal and environmental health
