The Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Sri Lanka Country Grant is now closed and applications are being reviewed.
Mott MacDonald, the Fleming Fund Management Agent for Country Grants, invites proposals from qualified licensed/registered entities in Sri Lanka to work toward strengthening antimicrobial resistance (AMR) surveillance and response in Sri Lanka. Work will be carried out in collaboration with the National Advisory Committee for Combatting AMR (NAC-AMR).
Objectives of the grant
The objectives of the grant have been developed and agreed in partnership with the Government of Sri Lanka. The objectives are:
- strengthened multisectoral AMR and antimicrobial usage (AMU) surveillance
- strengthened AMR and AMU surveillance system in humans
- established AMR and AMU surveillance systems in poultry and shrimp
