Regional grantee, the International Vaccine Institute, is implementing the RADAAR grant which examines the barriers to sharing and use of data in policy to address AMR. In this paper, Satyajit Sarkar outlines some results from a recent survey and puts forward a reframing of the policy debate around AMR.
