Applications open for CwPAMS independent evaluator


The Commonwealth Partnerships for Antimicrobial Stewardship (CwPAMS), a collaborative initiative between THET and the Commonwealth Pharmacists Association, is inviting expressions of interests for a consultant(s) to carry out the evaluation of CwPAMS. The deadline for applications is 14 February 2020.

CwPAMS is a project within the Fleming Fund that funds health partnerships between the UK’s NHS Trusts and/or health institutions and hospitals or institutions in Ghana, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia. Projects have been running from February 2019 and are expected to end in April 2020.

The Fleming Fund and the Open University have released new modules on the Tackling Antimicrobial Resistance course, meaning 23 modules are now available. The course is completely free and available world-wide, regardless of whether participants are affiliated with the Fleming Fund.
